We store minimal information required from the workspace. When Sup! is installed, we receive and store the workspace team name, team Id, and bot tokens. We sync workspace members to add them to existing or new follow-ups. We also store every follow-up report submitted by the user on the given schedule. Data will be retained for as long as needed to provide services to users. Upon account deletion request, we'll delete the data from production and backups within 4 working days.

We do not store the data in any form after the user has deleted it from our application.
